Escape Holidays: Terms & Conditions
Purchasing Tickets & Wristbands Packages for our weekenders can be obtained through authorized representatives, sub-promoters, or directly online at escape-holidays.com, or via direct bank payment following given instructions. Packages from other sources are void, and entry will be denied. Escape Holidays won't be responsible under such situations. Payment plans might be available for events, with specific guidelines and deadlines shared regularly. Not adhering could lead to additional charges or booking cancellation.
Refunds & Name Changing
All payments are non-refundable. Transferring payments between bookings is not permitted. Name changes, when allowed, may have fees and can only be managed by Escape Holidays Management. No name changes within a week of the event. Booking fees are non-refundable. Events' locations, venues, dates, times, and artist lineups can change without prior notice.
Event Entry & Safety
Follow instructions for e-ticket exchanges and email confirmations. Photo I.D. matching the ticket holder is required. Lost or damaged wristbands won't grant re-entry. All events by Escape Holidays are strictly for attendees over 18. Those below 18 will be denied entry with no refunds. Our zero-tolerance policy covers violence, drug use, frauds, etc. Body searches are active at entry points, and we collaborate with police to ensure safety. Attendees are responsible for their actions. We provide a safe environment but aren't responsible for accidents or injuries. Ensure you have the necessary insurances. Lost properties or damages during events aren't our responsibility.
Recording
Attendees might be filmed or photographed, which will be Escape Holidays' property and might be used for promotions.
Travelling Overseas
A valid passport and all necessary documents are required for travel. Abide by the customs and currency regulations of countries visited.
