Where is the best place to stay during the event?

• We recommend hotels that are either within walking distance or in close proximity to our venues. Visit the main event page for specific hotel suggestions.

What can we expect from the venues?

• Our venues are of world-class standards, boasting top-tier infrastructure. This includes facilities for disabled access, paramount security, and exceptional customer service.

What's the age requirement for attendees?

• You must be 18 or older to attend our events.

​

How can I buy wristbands or tickets?

• Tickets and wristbands can be purchased directly from our website, through our official representatives, or our trusted ticketing partners such as Eventbrite, Design My Night, and Ticketmaster, among others.

How will I receive my wristbands or tickets?

• Once you've made a purchase, we'll send you a confirmation email detailing wristband collection. For online ticket purchases, you'll receive a reference or barcode from our ticketing partners.

 

When will the itineraries be released?

• A comprehensive program will be dispatched to ticket holders before the weekender kicks off.

I haven't received my wristband information. What should I do?

• If you're missing an email confirmation despite having paid, please reach out to us at: Admin@Escape-Holidays.com.

Does my wristband grant access to all events?

• Most events are covered by your wristband. However, select events might require separate tickets, about which you'll be informed.

Will I need a passport to join?

• If you're journeying from or to a different nation, yes. Ensure your passport meets the validity criteria of your destination. Familiarize yourself with the country's entry conditions too.

What language is predominantly spoken at the events?

• Regardless of the hosting country, we primarily communicate in English at our events.

Which currency is accepted?

• While the euro (€) is the EU's official currency, many of our payment points also accept the pound sterling (£) through cash or card transactions. Currency exchange services are available at local banks and exchange counters.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

• For urgent situations, please dial the local emergency services. Either 911 or 112 will connect you to assistance in most countries.

Are the venues and party locations safe?

• Yes, we select venues in areas that are deemed safe and have a regular police presence. However, always be cautious and aware when in a foreign country.

Booking Information

• Events Only Wristband provides entry solely to the events. You'll need to manage your accommodation.

• Booking Via Deposit: We've established a convenient payment structure. The full balance must be cleared by May 12th. An email will be sent to you for completing the payment.

• TRAVEL: Arrange your flight to Albuferia, Portugal. You should land at FARO AIRPORT (FAO).
