You will be amazed by the beautiful landscapes and the kind and friendly population of Thailand. The tour will end in Thailand's premier beach resort Pattaya. Sun, sand and sea just 140 km southeast of Bangkok. Pattaya offers a lot of activities, water sports (windsurfing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, para-sailing, and water skiing), in combination of the finest seafood restaurants and a world famous and sparkling night life.

Flight to Thailand. Next day arrival at the International Airport of Bangkok, Don Muang.

Your in your language speaking tour leader is already waiting for you to bring you in our airconditioned bus to our hotel in which you will stay during the visit to Bangkok. The rest of the day at own leisure.

After breakfast you will start with a city-tour through Bangkok. You will visit the most important temples like the Grand Palace with the Wat Pra Keo. After lunch we will bring you with our bus to the klongs of Bangkok. With a so called long tail-boat you will make a tour. During this tour you will get a good impression of the Thai traditional life on this klongs. You will see that “Venice of the East still exists”. In the afternoon you will return at your hotel.

Day off: If you like you can go shopping or just stay at the swimming pool. It is also possible to visit the crocodile farm, floating market, rose garden or ancient city. Overnight in our hotel.

You will leave the hotel in Bangkok and will go to Ayuthaya. This city is situated in a very beautiful area. The first stop is at Ban Pa In, situated south of the old capital Ayuthaya. After this you will visit the summer-palace of the first Chakri Kings, with beautiful pavilions build in various European and Chinese styles. We will go on to Ayuthaya en will look for the remains of the Wat Chai Mongkol en de Wat Mongkol Bo pit.Next you will go to Chiang Mai by night-train. Early in the evening you will get on board of this train in which you will also sleep. In the morning you will arrive in Chiang Mai.

Day off. Overnight in our hotel.

After breakfast we will bring you to the famous Doi (mountain) Suthep. On this mountain you will see one of the most famous temples in Chiang Mai called Wat Prat Tha Doi Suthep. You can go to this temple via the so-called "Dragon Stairs". Once up the mountain you will have a breathtaking view over the city of Chiang Mai.

After this visit you will make a small jungle-tour in order to visit a Meo hill-tribe. Back in Chiang Mai you will have a lunch. In the afternoon we will go to San Kampaeng. Here are silk-factories, wood-carving factories and silver-ware factories. At the end of the day we will visit the umbrella-village Bor Sang. 

One of the biggest Elephant-schools of Thailand in the area of Chiang Dao will be visited this day. The education to be a working-elephant takes many years. During the visit to this school you will have a good impression in which way the elephants are trained. It is possible to make a short ride on the back of an elephant. You also will raft over the river on bamboo-rafts. After lunch you will go back to Chiang Mai.

On the road to Phitsanuloke we will make a stop-over in Lampoon, famous for it’s beautiful silk and Lamyai-fruit. In Lampoon you will visit the Royal-Monastery which is founded in the 9th century and is known under the name of Wat Pra That Haripuncha. In Lampang you will see the Wat Pra Keo Don Tao. This Temple is build in Birman-style. After this it is possible to visit the colorful market. We will go on to Phitsanuloke a city next to the Menam Yom River. Here you will stay in our hotel. At night it is possible to participate in the "Flying Morning Glory". You will go there by Samlor.

Today you will go to the remains of old-Sukhotai by samlor. This city was the Capital of Sukhotai during the 12th and 13th century. The remains of the temples and buildings are well preserved. We also visit the most important temples, Wat Mahatat and Wat Sri Chum. Overnight in our hotel in Phitsanuloke.

Early in the morning you will leave the hotel for Pattaya. In the afternoon you will arrive in Pattaya. Here you will stay for a beach-holiday.

Now you can enjoy the beautiful beaches, the food and drinks and above all the sun. Overnights in our hotel, including breakfast. If you like you can make several excursions during your stay. The staff of our own office will be pleased to help you with this.

Still one more day in Pattaya. In the afternoon you will leave for the flight back home.
